Freebie alert!

I got an email this morning from Michael Cooper at Nissan Marketing offering me some free tickets to go and watch ‘The devil wears Prada‘ tomorrow night (26th) at the Metrocenter Odeon, all in the aid of Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Very nice! I nabbed myself 4 tickets (not sure if we’ll be able to go yet though) and thought I’d pass the information on to anyone who might be in the area… and who might read my website before tomorrow night… that’ll be no one then :(

As its for a good cause, and since its Breast cancer awareness month in October, I thought I’d put a link up to where you can donate to Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Thats here.

For anyone who might be able to go, read the original message I got by clicking ‘(More…)’ and drop Michael an email.

Yesterday I had the bright idea of registering domain names for everyone. Its actually a pretty cheap thing to do (£2 each for a .co.uk) and it prevents anyone else getting their hands on them in future. Its a small thing but I think because I work in the industry its more of a priority to me than it would be to anyone else, plus its sort of nice for Kennedy to have her own website with a proper address rather than one of those long daft ‘piczo’ things that no one ever remembers.

Currently www.kaihill.co.uk goes to the photos of him on this site, once he becomes a international popstar/actor/sportsman/astronaught/pirate, I’m sure it’ll change.

www.kennedylyons.co.uk needs to be set up correctly and customised then Kennedy needs a quick training session on how to use it so everyone can keep track on her route to fame and fortune.

Kirsten’s address goes no where yet, she’s not a nerdy geek like me (far from it) so I think that one might just get ‘parked’ for a while.

This has nothing at all to do with me other than the fact that it appeals to my inner-geek and I thought I’d share

Kite shaped like a mouse pointer

truly THE greatest kite design ever, followed closely by the giant bird shaped thing I made when I was 9. It soared like a badly deformed Seagull before attaching itself to the roof of a nearby house, where it stayed for at least a week.

yes yes, I know Robbie Williams has that tattooed on him somewhere, but this has NOTHING to do with him.

I took my CBT test on Saturday, which is kind of the equivalent of getting a provisional drivers licence, only for a motorbike. It was a birthday present from Kir, and something I’d only mentioned I wanted to do a couple of times so it was a big, and brilliant surprise.
